Power supply for some of the SICK LMS Laser Scanners

SICK LMS100, SICK LMS111 and SICK LMS151 require 10.8V to 30V and SICK LMS500 and SICK LMS511 series require volateges from 10.8V -30V and 24V repectively.  SICK sells there own power supply for such voltage.  But if you have a power source of 36V to 48V then a DC to DC voltage regulator convertor circuit can be used to step down the voltage.  Such circuit is shown below:
