The Hokuyo UBG-04LX-F01 is a rapid or fast scanning laser range finder 4 times faster than Hokuyo URG-04LX (28msec scanning speed) .

UBG-04LX-F01 has both RS232 and USB interfaces.

The range is 4m with accuracy in milimeters.

The sensor includes necessary wiring hardware to interface to the sensor via a serial connection.  Wires for RS232 communication are built into the sensor.  A mini-USB connector is built into the top of the housing unit.  If both connections are made at the same time with a host computer, the USB connection will have priority.
